Summer Shirt – Natural Indigo

Fabric:
The raw linen of this fabric is grown in the flax belt – northern France, Belgium and the Netherlands and is spun in Italy. The fabric is woven in Austria in the oldest mill in the Muehlenviertel, where linen has been woven since 1832. Dyeing and finishing is done close to the mill in Austria.
This is one of the finest linen shirting fabrics with a beautiful lightness and structure.

This fabric is naturally piece dyed with Indigo by a 3rd generation family company that has existed since 1921 in the Burgenland in Austria.

Buttons:
Uncolored mother of pearl buttons made in Japan. The origin of the shell is Australia, where it is a by-product of the pearl oyster, raised for the south sea pearl production.
