Return & Refund Policy

At The Grove Line, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return eligible items in accordance with the policy below.

Return Period

Customers have the right to return eligible products within fourteen (14) days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be returned in their original packaging where possible.
  • Be free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@thegroveline.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • The item(s) you wish to return

Once your return request is approved, you will receive return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as The Grove Line cannot be held responsible for returns lost during transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) days after receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or if the return results from our error.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide photographs showing the issue so that we can investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

At this time, The Grove Line does not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.

Sale Items

Sale items may be returned under the same conditions as regular-priced items unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
